The 2nd International Photography Festival of Tehran Milad Tower

Tehran Milad Tower will hold the 2nd International Photography Festival. The real goal of this festival, in its second holding period, is to introduce national symbol of Iranian in international fields, benefiting from art for better introducing of Tehran Milad Tower, registration of special effects of Modern Architecture of National Symbol and making a sincere space among artists and also holding a fair about excellent works of artists. For this purpose, all artists and interested people in photography are invited to be present at “2nd International Photography Festival of Tehran Milad Tower” and help us in this field.

Sections of festival:

  • Main part: Photography with professional equipment
  • Indirect part: Photography with mobile phone

Rules & Regulations:

  1. It is free for all people to participate through referring to Festival Site as: www.miladfestival.ir. Upon enrolment, they could send their works for participation in festival.
  2. Permitted applicants in two parts of festival are obliged to send at most 5 works in each section with pix1500 and format jpeg and mode RGB along with special regulations.
  3.   4. The received works of artists and their participation in festival means spiritual ownership of the works. In case of any contrast proofs, participant is responsible against any further legal / judicial consequences as well.
  5. Holder of festival is free to use any accepted works for its own catalogues and posters of festival.
  6. Sending of works and participation in competition means acceptance of Festival Regulations. Holder of festival is entitled to make any decisions about un-expected issues in mentioned rules and regulations.
  7. Secretariat will submit a Participation Certificate to all accepted people at professional section plus a sum of 1 million Rls. as the entrance /work.

Calendar:

  1. Deadline for sending of works up to 24:00 on 05.Sept.2016
  2. Announcement of admissions on 12.Sept.2016
  3. Holding of festival from 22.Sept.2016 up to an including 30.Sept.2016
  4. Closing Ceremony and grant of prizes on 22.Sept.2016 at 19:00 PM at Tehran Milad Tower International Conventional Center

Prizes of major part:
1st person award: Honor Diploma & Festival Statute + 1500 $ in cash
2nd person award: Honor Diploma & Festival Statute + 1100 $ in cash
3rd person award: Honor Diploma & Festival Statute + 850 $ in cash

Prizes of indirect part:
1st person award: Appreciation Award & Festival Statute + 850 $ in cash
2nd person award: Honor Diploma & Festival Statute + 700 $ in cash
3rd person award: Honor Diploma & Festival Statute + 550 $ in cash
